McNay Norma Kline

Norma Kline is community leader and former teacher. She spent her first five years as an educator in the Fairfax County School System in Fairfax, Va., before spending the next 25 years in the Home Economics Department in the Jefferson-Morgan School District, Jefferson, Pa. from where she retired.

In August of 2005 she saw the completion of phase one of her project the Merri-Wood Docks in her hometown of Rices Landing. This project was in the works for 13-years under Kline’s insistence that it see fruition.
